100K #LegacyHouseBuilds House Tour

Hello everyone! As promised, I have a full tour of the ~§100,000 Legacy House for the #LegacyHouseBuilds Project for you today. I’m extremely pleased with how this house came out as it is a Victorian style house which I had been wanting to build for ages, but hadn’t been able to without octagonal roofs. Now that those are in the game, I was finally able to do this! As always, I kept the interior decor fairly neutral. You are welcome to redecorate it however you wish. I will not be showing the bathrooms as it’s always difficult to get a good picture of such a small room, but the rest of the rooms will be included in this tour.

Not only is this house a large improvement in size and space from the 50K house, it also accomplishes Tier 2 of the Mansion Baron aspiration. So if you have any Sims with that aspiration you will be able to meet the tier 2 goal with this house. Now, onto the tour!

The living room is the first room that your Sims will be in when entering the house. This room is loaded with comfy sofas, a tv, bookshelves, and even a cozy fireplace.

Next up is the kitchen/dining area. The dining table has room for 8 Sims and the kitchen is large enough to accommodate a large family. The only thing that I forgot to put into this house is a recycling bin, but you should still have one in your family inventory from the previous house.

Directly opposite the kitchen is the “Inspiration” room. You can easily turn this into an efficient Creativity skill up space by adding inspiration boosting items from the various careers and creative works that your Sims make. I included pretty much every Creative skill up item in here. So your Sims should be set on that!

There is also a small “Logic” skill up room next to the Creativity room. And again, you can include Logic boosting items in here to improve your Sims logic skills more efficiently.

Upstairs we have 4 bedrooms. This is the master bedroom with its own attached bathroom. There is a 2nd fireplace in here as well as a mirror for charisma skill building.

Next up is the 2nd largest bedroom, perfect for an adult heir and their spouse or an older spare. There is a 2nd computer in here as well in case your Sims don’t like sharing.

This room is the first of two kids’ rooms. It has room for two Sim children, night lights, and a chemistry set. I kept the colors neutral, but feel free to change it up to your preferences!

And here is the 2nd kids’ room. Again, kept gender neutral and again with room for two Sim children. (so all-in-all this house can sleep 8 Sims)

Finally, we have the fitness center, which is also located on the top floor. There is plenty of workout equipment up here and if you want to boost your Sims fitness skill-building, then you will be able to place fitness boosting items in here.

So to recap: This house costs about §120,000 (it’s a bit over 100K, but by this point in the challenge, the extra 20K shouldn’t mean much to your Sims) and has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. There are also plenty of skill up rooms, and it also meets Tier 2 of the Mansion Baron aspiration. The only two packs needed for this house are City Living and Get to Work. You can find this house for download on The Sims 4 Gallery by search for the hashtag #LegacyHouseBuilds. All houses are under the username Pinstar1161.

I hope you all enjoyed this house tour! The next house will cost around §200,000 (though will likely go a bit above that) and will also meet Tier 3 of the Mansion Baron aspiration.

Couldn’t a karaoke machine go in the inspiration room?

Yes, I just forgot about them. Feel free to add it if you use the house.
