The Sims 4 Toddler Stuff Releases on August 24, 2017!

A brand new Toddler themed stuff pack will be releasing for The Sims 4 on August 24, 2017!

This newest pack will add new Toddler hairstyles and clothing as well as several new gameplay objects such as a new slide, tunnel, and a ball pit!

Also added in this pack is a new interaction that allows your Sims to invite neighboring toddlers over for play dates so that their children can form stronger bonds and make playtime more fun. Sim Parents can now also pretend to be astronauts or pirates with their toddlers and go on fun pretend adventures with them!

Brand New Toddler Random Trait Generator!

The Toddler Random Trait Generator has been rebuilt from the ground up thanks to the help of our awesome “Plugin Guy”. The issues that were occurring on the old generator should no longer be an issue as it’s a completely different plugin that works in a different way than the old one did.

You should no longer experience stuck traits. You might get repeats of the same trait (that is normal as there are only 8 traits and repeats will occur), but they shouldn’t be “stuck” anymore.

Updating All Trait Generators Today

Hey everyone! Just a quick post letting you know that rather than posting the Weekly Links List today, I will be working on updating and fixing (in the case of the Toddler Trait Generator) all of our Random Trait Generators today.

Our plugin creator fixed a bunch of stuff and also made a new Toddler Trait Generator for us (using a different plugin than before). Once I get everything set up, we SHOULD have no more issues with the Toddler Trait Generator continuing to get stuck (or at least I hope we won’t).

I will be making a second post later today once everyone is up and running. Fingers crossed the transition goes smoothly!

The Retreaux Legacy Ch 1.7 – Just Age Up Already!

Hello everyone! A lot happened in our previous chapter of the Retreaux Legacy. Marle was super busy playing the role of Supermom while Ti-Ning was out working to earn his next promotion. Not only that, but little Ayla aged up into a child! She was able to accomplish the “Age Up Well” want so she is now sitting comfortably in the platinum for a while.

The Novella Movin’ On Up Story – Chapter 2

Ahhh here we go. Another day in the life of Arwen Novella, a single social media grunt hoping to move up the ranks of her job so that she can escape a filthy, grungy apartment and move into something more suitable to her tastes. In the previous chapter, I had Arwen write a children’s book, but forgot to have her self-publish it until the following day, so that is what she is doing in the screenshot above. It will be bringing in a whopping §3 per day. We all have to start somewhere, right?

The Sims 4 is Coming to Consoles This November!

EA and The Sims announced today that The Sims 4 will be coming to the Playstation 4 and Xbox One consoles on November 17, 2017!

In the announcement, The Sims stated: “Since our initial launch on PC, we have made several updates to the base game, ranging from the addition of Ghosts, Pools, New Careers, to the world of Newcrest, to give your Sims space to continue to grow; overhauled the Create a Sim tool, to provide expanded gender customization options; and most recently, added Toddlers as a new playable life state! All of these great updates will be available to players at launch when you play The Sims 4 on console.”

So it sounds like all of the free updates that we have received to the game since the PC launch in 2014 will be made available to console players from the start. If you are a console gamer and want to play the Sims, now is your chance!

The Retreaux Legacy Ch 1.6 – A Day in the (Hectic) Life

Aww, just look at this happy family you guys! In our last chapter of the Retreaux Legacy we welcomed in baby Crono to the family. He’s a redhead like his mommy and his namesake! At this point I think that Marle and Ti-Ning are done having kids. We have an heir and a spare (and we even have a poll going so you, dear reader, can vote on who you’d like to be the generation two heir!). So let’s start focusing on the kids and the parents a bit and get some platinum aspirations bars!

Mystic’s Sims 4 House Builds – Ashaife’s Build Challenge for July 2017

That’s right, I have another build challenge today! This time it’s Ashaife’s Build Challenge for July 2017! What can I say? I’m kind of addicted to them and I’ve learned a lot about building by doing these! I had a great time with this one, though I did suffer a bit from “decorator’s block” after finishing the exterior.
