Hello everyone! It’s been a while since I posted a house build here. I was suffering from what I call “Builder’s Block” and just couldn’t seem to build anything that I liked. I ended up finding this house while browsing the internet and thought it looked simple, yet unique enough for a build in the Sims 4. I’m pretty happy with the results! My version doesn’t have a basement because I was having pathing issues with the stairs, but otherwise it’s pretty similar. You can find this house on the Gallery by searching for the username Pinstar1161 and then looking for the house called “Modern Family Home”.
